  • What is your return policy?
    At Flotsam & Jetsam, we accept returns for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us, and once we receive it, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.
  • How does Flotsam and Jetsam make their jewelry?
    We get recycled materials from suppliers and create our products with them. Our suppliers take the trash and make it usable, allowing us to renew those materials into jewelry!
  • How can I get help?
    We have customer support at certain hours of the day but if you submit a help request(contact form), we will get back to you as soon as we can.
